Inc are authorised by Department of Climate Change and Water (DECCW) to collect frogs and reptiles that come into businesses or houses that have come from transporting various items including plants, food and many other items. If the frogs or reptiles are local to your area and have only come into your yard, house or business from the surrounding area they are protected and we are not authorised to remove it, even if there is threat from domestic dogs and cats. SOFAR covers Newcastle, Hunter Valley and surrounding areas of NSW. This is a volunteer service , which means they come to your home or business and collect the frog or reptile.
