If you have Acrobat Reader installed the entry form will open.
To download the pdf file with Internet Explorer: Right-Click & select Save Target As...

The PDF Entry Form file has fields to give the option to type in your name & address etc. while it is open in Acrobat. There are also fields for each of your titles. Once you have filled in the form on screen, you can print it. The instructions for using the form are on the first page of the file.

Overseas entrants please pay in US Dollars or the equivalent in Euros. Please do not send coins; we cannot exchange them. Try to avoid cheques. If you send cheques, please add 13 USD to cover the cost of bank fees.

We now have the facility to accept payments via PayPal. Please fill in the PayPal section of the entry form with the transaction date and the transaction ID. Also, make sure that the PayPal transaction tells us the ENTRANTS's name.
