MONAHAN ESTATE 2005 SEMILLON
Bottled early to retain the freshness of primary fruit and with a pale green colour, this classic Hunter semillon has a nose displaying lemongrass, cirtrus and limes with hints of pineapple. The palate is crisp and fruity with classic citrus and mineral characters providing a long, clean finish.
WINE SHOW WINS: Two gold medals (including top gold and trophy at the Hunter Valley Boutique Winemakers' Show), two silver and two bronze.

MONAHAN ESTATE 2006 UNWOODED CHARDONNAY
Pale straw coloured with lovely green hues, this wine's nose shows lifted white peach and rock melon aromas. A medium-bodied wine with fresh melon and fig flavours, nice balance and texture with a lingering finish.

MONAHAN ESTATE 2004 UNWOODED CHARDONNAY
Pale straw in colour with fragrant guava and rockmelon aromas, this wine has been made in the chablis style without oak to allow the chardonnay flavours to express themselves. Brimming with guava and rockmelon flavours plus delicate acidity, the wine displays great poise and texture.

MONAHAN ESTATE 2006 OLD BRIDGE ROSE
Soft, herbal scented berry fruit aromas in a fragrant floral bouquet. The palate is rounded out with a hint of gooseberry, forest fruits and subtle tannin. The wine finishes with good, clean acidity.

MONAHAN ESTATE 2005 MERLOT
Hints of chocolate and beautifully integrated cigar box oak characters overlay the lovely soft fruit bouquet. Soft tannins and cherry flavours integrate to create a vibrant medium length palate. This wine would make an excellent accompaniment to pasta dishes, pizza and antipasto.
