Abernethy House is a special place to hold your special event or function. We have already established a fine reputation with our catering for special events ranging from breakfasts and lunches for special interest groups and charities to more formal events such as “changeover”dinners and weddings.

Whatever the event we strive to prepare the dishes ourselves in our commercial kitchen from our own produce or locally sourced ingredients. We do not take short cuts and have much in common with the “Slow Food” movement so our food is flavoursome and natural. We are French/European inspired so we do use wine and select herbs from our garden in our cooking. Our wine knowledge enables us to help you match the best local wines with the best local food for a dining experience that will be memorable.
