Worm Separators that work

We have developed the most comprehensive new Vermiculture equipment in Australia and we supply the world.

Our Easy Rota series of compost worm separators are now exported to many countries and in use Australia wide.

They came about as result of our company testing existing drum  type devices that could best be described as totally useless. Trammel type devices offered to the Vermiculture industry based on drums with holes that worms are supposed to transverse across, as vermicast is supposed to fall through the holes, are no more than ill conceived variations of gravel trammels, in no way suited to separating a live animal from the host material.

They are totally discredited devices, they have not been developed by Vermiculturists but by half informed engineering shops that have no connection to our industry and no care for our animals. I went to the USA to buy one of these devices in 1995. I saw two near identical devices and neither worked at all. the promoters claiming in one case that his would have worked better if the cast was dry, the other stating his would have worked better if the cast was wet!

They are also a great source of stress and danger to worms.

In short they are a waste of money.

There had to be a better way!

Study our Easy Rota Separator machines designed by a Vermiculturist who also happens to be an engineer and you will soon see why the Easy Rota series of separators are the preferred purchase of people who know what they need for safe, efficient, worm and cast separation:

Below another Vital Earth Company major contribution to the Vermiculture industry, our proprietary liquid cast recirculation and monitoring process for peak liquid production.

This system was created first in the world by Darryl Jones and developed by his Vital Earth Company in 1994, it remains the world market leading technology for serious and proven commercial vermiculture as we move now into the new millennium. It is in use in all states of Australia in many locations as well as in Argentina, Indonesia, the USA, Malaysia, Thailand, New Zealand, the UK, the Philippines, Italy, other parts of Europe and is being further picked up else in the world when interested parties get our totally informative CD ROM shown here at www.backyardbiz.com   Now this remarkable system has been refined by the new joint venture company of Vermicrobe Australia Pty Ltd of which the Vital Earth Company Pty Ltd is a 50% stake owner.
