Vermizyme has been specially developed as an aerobic enzyme host for a multitude of beneficial bacteria to be specifically used in vermiculture and vermi-composting. Vermizyme is perfect for regular composting as well and is safe for humans and animals.
Vermizyme accelerates any normal composting environment by introducing billions of friendly bacteria that will go to work unpaid for the entire process. Vermizyme can be used as a “starter” for the fast break down of any organic matter by providing uncontaminated micro-organisms and as an accelerator in the presence of compost worms to bring about a faster result with no harm to the worms or other biomass.
Vermizyme can also be used in all waste and waste water applications to help with BOD and NFR reductions, for odour control in septic tanks, compost heaps, worm pits and drains, extending life of absorption trenches, improving soil absorption and filtration, producing an active organic fertiliser, digestion and removal of sludge build up, control of seasonal inversion problems, liquefying crusts, improving biogas generation, extending time between pump outs of all waste systems. In fact anywhere at all that organic matter needs to broken down faster, cleaner and cheaper.
Vermizyme has been formulated to work safely with all compost worms to achieve the fastest elimination and conversion of organic waste to value added soil enhancers and fertilisers.
Vermizyme continues to work in the soil environment to further release plant available humus producing growth gasses long after it has served its primary function of rapid waste breakdown.
