This badge is earned by a Cub swimming 50 meters fully
clothed and then floating for 1 minute. Know how weather and water conditions effect
boating and who to ring to find out about these conditions. Correctly wear and use a
personal Floatation device. Then do Either :-
Canoeing:
Regular use a kayak or canoe and keep a log.
