In 2006, we are sponsoring 3 main projects

through the Anglican Board of Missions.

 

1)     Sponsoring Bishop Denys Ririka who works in the highlands of PNG

2)     The STOPAIDS program in PNG

 

3) The Melanesian Brothers outreach program in PNG and the Solomons

Fundraising is carried out during the year at a number of functions including luncheons during the week, often with guest speakers from ABM, a trivia night in the local RSL during the year and a major parish garage sale annually, as well as donations and the sale of smaller items made or supplied by our parishioners

Thanks to everyone who attended our annual Smorgosboard luncheo. Everyone ended up having a great day. Special thanks to Mothers

Union for supplying sweets and to Nancy Worth, Lyn Brosi and Sue Moore and everyone else who made it such a great day.

Together with our raffle we raised $2200 towards our Mission target.
