There were four conferences, the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western, which eventually played off in some complex arrangement. The results I have are very sketchy, but can be found here.

Teams: Brothers, Defence, Dobo, Gerehu United, Hawks, Kone, Magani, Paga, Post Puma, Royals, Souths, Taurangau, Waliya, Wests.

Minor Semifinals:

    Magani 26 beat Taurangau 24.
    Royals 18 beat Post Puma 14.
    Hawks 21 beat Kone 20.

Major Semifinals:

    Royals 28 beat Magani 10.
    Paga 34 beat Hawks 12.
    Post Puma 22 beat Kone 16.

Preliminary Finals:

    Royals 28 beat Paga 14.
    Post Puma 18 beat Hawks 14.
