Preseason (Wills Cup)

Cronulla Sutherland and Penrith entered the Sydney Premiership in 1967, and so the preseason expanded to four rounds of 6 games. The two new teams had the honour of playing each other in the first round. This was also the first game played under the new four tackle rule.
