Following is the contents of the article attached to it. As quoted from POST

New Zealander Robby Jones is the proud owner of a motorbike powered by a 1500cc VW motor.
He reckons it's the only one of it's type in the southern hemisphere - if not the world.
The "Vee Dub Byke", made largely of aircraft materials, was built by a Canadian Lou Brown 18 years ago.
He used it for drag racing until he toured New Zealand on it.
He took such a liking to the place he decided to settle in a remote part of the South Island's West Coast.
The mighty bike was stored in an old barn and gathered cobwebs.
Then, along came Robby, a local orchardist and VW enthusiast.
He bought the bike, stripped the motor down, repainted the whole shebang and had the seat re-upholstered.
Now, it has a 4 speed Volvo gearbox, a BMW shaft drive delivering the power to the rear wheel . . . and very effective front and rear disk brakes.
"She certainly takes some hanging on to," Robby said.
And he's yet to convince his wife, Ann, to take a ride on the back seat!

If anyone knows more about this bike or any like it please click here and mail me about it:
